Community Workouts

1 trainer, max of 6 participants. This is where real progress begins, designed to elevate your fitness. Sessions start with a warm-up, followed by 60 minutes of structured workouts targeting different muscle groups, and finish with a cool down. You’ll feel accomplished without risking injury.

Adaptive Group Training

1 trainer, max of 4 participants. Whether your goal is to tone up, build muscle, or increase speed, everyone’s objectives may differ—and that’s perfectly fine. Based on the consultation, we’ll customize the workouts, weights, techniques, and more to ensure each person receives the unique attention they need to achieve optimal results.

Custom Solutions

1-on-1 training. While the first two options are excellent, this option truly stand out—and here’s why. We tailor every aspect of your overall wellness to fit your lifestyle based on the initial consultation. From workout timing and location to duration, daily performance or recovery routines, diet and supplements, hydration regimen, sleep performance, wellness regimen, and health gear recommendations, we cover it all.
